Event Policies-

Cancellations and Refunds: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and e-mailed to [email protected]. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. 

Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee if requested by April 1,2024. No refunds will be issued after April 1,2024. ACTE is not responsible for weather-related travel delays or other issues regarding personal travel and no refunds will be given due to these occurrences.
